Client Meeting and Webcast at the Sugarloaf Country Club

  • June 10, 2023

Description

A long time client reached out to us for a show they were planning near their headquarters. They were concerned that some of their international guests wouldn’t be able to attend due to Coronavirus travel restrictions. They wanted to broadcast the event live, as well as host a few remote presenters from around the world. So, they had presenters in the room, presenters in other countries and an audience both live and scattered across the globe. Fortunately, we have a big bag of tricks and had just the solution.

Our webcasting platform enabled our global audience to experience the live event virtually with high quality audio and video. We displayed our international presenters to the virtual audience over the web stream and to the live audience using large monitors on stage.

If you can’t have everyone in the room at the same time, live event webcasting is the next best thing.
